Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 4, 2026Last Updated: November 4, 2026

At STAMP Institute, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes:

  • Voluntary Information: Name, email address, organization, and any details you provide through our forms: newsletter sign-ups, course waiting lists, requests for training, project support, case studies, or a leadership briefing, and notes sent with the feedback button on each page (your name and email are optional there). With each form we also record the date, the page it was sent from, and the country your connection came from. A feedback note also records what you were looking at when you opened it: which part of the page was on your screen, the size of your screen, the text in the middle and the headings above it, and any text you had selected.
  • Automated Information: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not give us your IP address or identify you.

We do not store IP addresses with form entries. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and browser details as it delivers pages and protects the site from attacks.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To send newsletters and the information you ask for.
  • To reply to your requests and arrange the training or support you ask about.
  • To analyze website traffic and improve our educational resources.
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect the security of our site.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

STAMP Institute does not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share information only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties who operate our website, provided they keep this information confidential. Form entries are stored in our account with Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and a copy of each entry is emailed to our team through our email providers.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law to respond to subpoenas or government requests.

Only STAMP Institute staff can see form entries, through a password-protected page.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website does not set cookies for visitors, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools. The one cookie we use is a sign-in cookie for STAMP Institute staff, set only when they log in to the staff area of the site.

Course enrollment takes place on our course site, classes.stamp-institute.com, which is run by a separate provider and has its own cookies and privacy policy.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep form entries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our records. Newsletter addresses stay on our list until you ask to be removed. To be removed, use our unsubscribe page or email us at the address below; to have your entries deleted, email us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

To use any of these rights, email us at the address below.

7. Third-Party Websites

Users may find content on our site that links to the sites of our partners or sponsors. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our site.

8. Changes to This Policy

STAMP Institute has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes.
