What Participants Have Said
These comments come from participants in past classes, taught both in person and online. Participants have come from companies, government agencies, and universities.
Teaching the class is itself a control loop. The instructors decide what to teach and how, and participants’ feedback tells them what worked, what was unclear, and what to change. Without that feedback, the instructors’ picture of the class would drift away from what participants experience. The class is continually updated and revised based on comments like these, and they have shaped what it is today.
